I've never seen a plant quite like that, but then again, I don't think there are a lot of box-elder trees around here.
The light is pretty nice in this, though I wish the background could be a bit darker to pop out the flower more. Depth of field execution is well-used, too. If more were in focus, the delicacies would be lost.

As for the subject matter itself, you took the easy way out, darn you (j/k).
Really, judging from your past submissions, I expected nothing less than a fantastic nature shot from you. You didn't let me down! This is very nice.
